This is a remote month-long hackathon with a number of interesting sponsor's challenges and fun learning webinar sessions. All the communication with mentors via slack. Among learning sessions, you're gonna learn Cybersecurity tips, Technical interview hard parts and meet with the industry leaders.

About the OSNA HACK You want to actively shape the future of our city and make your contribution to making our region more liveable? You are interested in data and codes, you are burning for new technologies and you want to develop breakthrough applications - and that with other creators? Then you are exactly right with the OSNA HACK 2019. The hackathon is part of Digital Week Osnabrück from 24 to 28 June 2019 and is organized by SWO Netz GmbH. We are looking for programmers, IT professionals, developers, strategists, designers, founders, creators, and others interested in developing ideas, solutions, and prototypes for a smarter city in small teams based on data. Whether you are from IT or other areas, such as graphic design or business studies: let your creativity run wild and show us what solutions you can develop with the data provided - and all within two days! You will present your solution to a jury and you will be rewarded with attractive prizes. Participation in the hackathon is free.

Led by a mentor, groups meet online to design a solution to a problem related to one of the program topics, then pitch their business idea to a panel of judges. Participants learn about social innovation, how to develop a value proposition, how to collect feedback, how to design a Minimum Viable Product, and how to pitch a business idea.

Participation in the initiative is free. The two winning teams can get an cumulative prize of 6000€! A unique occasion to apply concretely your digital skills, get to know other technology enthusiasts, experts in the field and work in teams to create an innovative solution. All selected participants will have free access to the three days of the Web Marketing Festival.

This is the second edition of the Humanitarian Hackathon. Last year edition, organized by ReDI School of Digital Integration was focusing on solving problems for refugees around the world in partnership with Norwegian Refugees Council. This year, WWF Deutschland is bringing challenges they are facing around environmental protection. Let's hack during an entire week-end solution to help and solves problems and will have a real impact for our planet.

Midnight Sun Challenge in Sodankylä on June 11-13. Come up with ideas, concepts and solutions related to space tech and data or its use on Earth. Space is the only limit of this challenge!
